Santa Monica Fertility and its affiliates (collectively, “SMF”) own and operate the www.santamonicafertility.com website (the “Site”). SMF respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. SMF is providing this Privacy Policy to inform you of our current Privacy Policy and practices, the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online, and how that information is used. We hope that this will remove any concerns you may have about supplying information to us and make visiting the Site a rewarding experience.

If you access those links, you will leave the Site. We do not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from our own privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not cover any personal data that you choose to give to unrelated third parties. You acknowledge that we do not monitor or control the information collected by such sites or the privacy practices of any third parties, and we are not responsible for their practices or the content of their sites.

Personally Identifiable Information

Please note that you can access and browse the Site without disclosing your personal data. If you choose to register with the Site or voluntarily submit information to the Site, you may be requested to provide contact and other personally identifiable information, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, a unique login name and a password. Aggregate Data

SMF is committed to protecting the privacy of children and we encourage parents to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. SMF does not knowingly collect information through the Site from children under the age of 13 and SMF does not target the Site to children under 13.
