Our Team

Amber Danley

Surrogacy Program Manager

Amber is the surrogacy program manager and leads the Pinnacle Surrogacy team. She supports our surrogates during their entire journey; from screening to postpartum and everything in between. She has always had a passion for families and children and loves being able to incorporate that into her work. As a two-time surrogate herself, she knows what it takes to make surrogacy journeys as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, for both our surrogates and intended parents. She is currently adding to her skills by certifying as a birth and postpartum doula.

Amber is a wife and mom to four amazing children. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors boating and camping with her family, and watching her children play sports.

Rachel Campeau

Surrogacy Program Assistant Manager

Rachel joined our team in early 2019! After her second surrogacy journey, Rachel jumped at the opportunity to become a case manager. She then went on to complete her third and final journey. Rachel thoroughly enjoys helping each of her surrogates navigate through this process, as each surrogate journey is so unique!

Outside of work, Rachel is from a tiny town in Northern Michigan, but currently resides in Norfolk Virginia! She’s married to her high school sweetheart, who serves in the United States Navy. They have two kids who love playing baseball and softball. Rachel and her family enjoys spending their days lounging by the pool, fishing, traveling, and trying new restaurants!

She had children young and feels it’s her calling to help others now that she is done expanding her own family. She is a wife and mom. She has 2 beautiful daughters who keep her entertained with their sass and a goldendoodle, Winston, who is a complete mama’s boy. You can find them walking about their neighborhood on one of their family walks or working at one of their rental properties. She enjoys staying busy and being with her family. She is so excited to help others in their surrogate journey.

Amy Guerra

Raised in the U.S. Air Force, Amy grew up in states all across the country, from Florida to Hawaii and several places in between. She attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. After teaching in Provo for several years, she relocated to San Antonio, Texas, to be closer to her parents. There, she met her husband, Carlo, and they were married in 2014.

Amy is the mother of two children—a boy and a girl—and one little wiener dog. In addition to working as our Surrogacy Intake Coordinator, Amy also teaches piano. She enjoys quilting and crafting, and spending time with her family. They are currently building their dream home on 22 acres, and are looking forward to creating a small family farm for their children to enjoy.

As someone whose career and lifelong goals have always been centered on children, Amy is excited to be a part of the surrogacy team, where she can help families grow.
